Project timelines vary depending on the size and scope of the work. Smaller projects may take around six weeks, while the design process for larger renovations could last even around six months. We’ll provide a detailed timeline after our initial consultation.

Pricing & Budget

Our pricing is tailored to the scope of each project. We offer different service packages that can be billed as a flat fee (for spaces smaller than 50 sqm) or as a rate per square meter of space to be designed (for spaces bigger than 50 sqm), depending on the complexity, your needs and preferences.

The cost of our design services is primarily influenced by the scope and complexity of the project. This includes the size of the space, the level of detail required in the design, and the level of our involvement in the project management and coordination of the implementation of the project. Custom design elements, extensive revisions, and additional services such as extra site or supplier visits, alternatives research or requesting price offers can also impact the overall fee.

We are flexible with different budget ranges. However, for a full renovation, we generally recommend a minimum starting budget of 700 euro/sqm for the overall investment in the space to ensure everything needed to get from a concept to a final space.

Collaboration & Communication

Your level of involvement is entirely up to you! Some clients prefer to be hands-on, while others trust us to take the lead. Additionally, the project fee will be influenced by how much you want us to be involved during the implementation phase. We can discuss your preferred collaboration style during our initial consultation.

Yes, you will have a dedicated designer. However, to ensure the best delivery time, certain parts of the project may be handled by another team member. In these cases, we communicate closely within the team to ensure everyone is aligned with the project’s scope and objectives.

We value your input and encourage open communication. If any changes are needed, we’ll incorporate your feedback and revise the design to ensure you’re happy with the outcome.

You will have access to a dedicated Client Dashboard on the Milanote platform, where all project files will be stored, and you can give feedback or comment on everything in real time. For quick meetings scheduling and urgent matters, we use a project-dedicated WhatsApp group or phone calls to ensure smooth communication.

Absolutely! We encourage and ask you to share reference photos of spaces, details, and objects that you like at the beginning of the project. Don't shy away from creating a Pinterest board and share it share with us. This helps us better understand what makes you tick and then we can translate it into the design of your space.

Timeline & Scheduling

We create a detailed timeline for all the design phases, outlining each step clearly. For the implementation phase, we provide only a bulk estimation, as we cannot guarantee precise timing due to factors outside our control, such as contractor availability or material deliveries.

Delays can happen, but we’re proactive in addressing them. We’ll communicate any changes to the timeline and work to find solutions that keep the project on track.

Depending on the package you'll choose, we’ll have at least one meeting or presentation for each major milestone. These key phases will be outlined in detail in the price offer to ensure clear communication and scheduling.

Project Management

Yes, we can take care of everything from start to finish, but this is only applicable when you choose our turnkey service package. In this case, we manage all aspects of the project, from design to implementation, ensuring a seamless experience for you.

Unforeseen issues can arise during any project. We address them quickly and keep you informed. We aim to find the best solution while minimizing delays and additional costs.

Yes, especially for turnkey collaborations, we prefer to work with our trusted suppliers and contractors whom we have vetted over time. If you have your own recommendations, please let us know at the start of the project, so we have sufficient time to evaluate and determine if we can accept them.

We provide detailed shopping lists and drawings with all the information needed for making purchases. Depending on the service package you select, we can assist with getting price offers and researching suppliers. However, once a price offer is accepted, we connect you directly with the supplier to handle payments and deliveries independently.
